4. Charges, acceptable use, and intellectual property

Fees, if any, are as shown at purchase. You must not misuse the Services (including unlawful content, malware, scraping without consent, bypassing security, or reverse engineering except where permitted by law). All Platform content and marks remain our property or that of our licensors; you receive a limited, revocable licence to use them as offered.

5. Disclaimers and limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by United Kingdom law, the Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of £80 or amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer protections.
